This is to showcase these features to not just buyers, but also the public at large.
All the builders associated with the project have closely coordinated with the HIA’s teams to get the requisite training.

Where does Whitlam village get its name from?
This suburb (also known as Whitlam) was gazetted on 1 September 1975.
It is named after former Prime Minister Gough Whitlam who lived here when he was in office from 1 December 1972 until 12 November 1975, during his second term as prime minister.
Life at Whitlam Village
The eventual plan of this project is to cover about 2100 homes and have a population of roughly 5000 residents. This will make an ideal location for young and old families alike, with lots of space.
Whitlam’s location has spectacular views. It is surrounded by Canberra’s nature reserves on three sides. You will be able to see the Brindabella Range as well as Black Mountain.
The Village will be perfect for long walks and runs, as it is designed to have open, green spaces as well as waterways.
Whtilam is well-connected to the CBD, the south of Canberra as well Belconnen.
As the area grows, it is expected to have all the conveniences of modern life
