The Journey of
Knockdown & Rebuild
Site Appraisal: An ABM expert will visit your home to prepare a preliminary scope of work for the rebuild.
- Planning Phase: This includes the soil test, as well as the feature survey. A detailed cost analysis is also prepared.
Styling and Interiors: Our architects and engineers will work on your brief to create the floor plans and 3D interiors of the build.
Initiation: After the plan and cost have been finalized and the contract signed, it’s go time. We apply for the permits and begin.
- Demolition: After getting the required permits, demolition(partial or full) and cleanup is done.
- Building: ABM Homes will apply for a building permit for your project with the local council. Our team provides regular updates on the build until the handover process is finalized.
