Unlike other Canberra builders, ABM Homes will not put you on a waiting list to begin your project. After obtaining your completed land and financing paperwork’s, we will get to your site in two to three weeks
ABM team will Advise and assist in selecting your new home plans. We will understand the individual requirements and upgrades.
Our valued clients are required to provide the details of land contract, plan of subdivision, estate design covenants and proof of ownership of the Land.
You will be required to provide the pre-approval of finance from your landing institute for house construction.
Once the plan is finalised. Both parties are required to Sign off on plans, costings & drawings to ensure all your requirements, changes, options are reflected accurately
Our expert consultant will help you to select the right product and colour schemes for your dream home.
This face-to-face meeting will take approximately 2 to3 hours. This will ensure that you are informed about each product and colour scheme that will be used for your sweet home.
ABM homes will present to you three copies of the building contract. ABM homes will retain one signed copy of the contract. One copy of contract will be for your records, and one to present to your finance lender.
We will go through the building process with you and answer any questions you might have. You will need to sign contracts and pay balance of 5% deposit (less any initial deposit).Once the contract is signed, no more structural, colour or any other changes can be made
ABM homes will proceed with obtaining building permit for your Dream home. Our customer service manager will write to you advising you of construction start date.
Our valued client will require to provide us unconditional finance approval to commence the work.
