Rediscover Strong - The Arise
ABM Homes brings you the Arise, an outstanding example of superior home design that represents the exceptional potential of Whitlam Village.
Filled with modern architectural quirks, it also has all the elements of classic home life we all love.
The form of the building was developed from an exploration of intersecting geometry.
The entry was positioned to be grand and impactful incorporating straight views to the outdoor entertaining area, open riser stair and large void above.
The main living area was designed to promote open plan living, having the kitchen meals and family all open including a grand high ceiling over the family area.
The master bedroom was planned to have a large walk-in robe and ensuite as well as a retreat and direct views to the pool.
Upstairs was designed for the bedrooms, incorporating a sitting room and balcony off the open stairs.
We introduced a large cutting element in the blade wall and made it angled to reflect the feature element of the cantilever on the facade.
Finally, we added an array of feature elements to emphasize the entry and project the geometry to the street.
